Curriculum Design

The word curriculum is associated with a formal educational program, though it is sometimes used to represent the content of a course. Curriculum is what we want our students to learn through a program of four-year duration and how you propose to facilitate this learning. It is not a collection of courses. An engineering program is expected to lead to its graduates attaining some stated outcomes irrespective of the branch of engineering they are majoring in. The curricula of engineering programs are required to provide holistic and multidisciplinary education while integrating technologies. They also need to provide considerable choices and even mobility of students across institutions. Yes, it is a tall order.
